Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

Available Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 4 working days

  • Express Delivery: approximately 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: approximately 2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your region. Remote or non-mainland areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.

Shipping & Order Weight

Orders up to 25 kg:

  • Delivered via trusted courier partners

  • Secure, protective packaging

  • Delivery date selection available during checkout (where supported)

Orders over 25 kg:

  • Shipped via courier or pallet freight (for large or bulk orders)

  • Requires access for larger delivery vehicles

  • Scheduled delivery can be arranged upon request

Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends and public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following working day.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Missed Deliveries: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, re-delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

If delivery exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
